Avocado is a macOS teleprompter designed to help presenters maintain eye contact while reading scripts during calls, recordings, and presentations. It lives in the MacBook notch or a movable floating window, keeping scripts close to the camera while staying invisible during screen shares and recordings.

The app uses on-device speech recognition to automatically scroll text as you speak, pause when you pause, and adapt to your natural rhythm. It supports custom fonts, sizes, colours, script markers, PowerPoint presenter notes import, focus guides, and offline private processing.

Avocado offers a free version with core teleprompter features and a one-time Pro purchase for unlimited voice scrolling, AI Smart Cues, Director Mode, Teleprompter Viewer, hardware teleprompter mirroring, and additional presentation controls.
