MacRest

MacRest is a native macOS utility for controlling when your Mac stays awake or goes to sleep. It monitors apps that request to prevent sleep, shows a notification when a new app makes a request, and remembers whether you allow or block it.

You can also set separate sleep timings for power and battery, use a Bluetooth device to trigger sleep when you leave, and get a countdown warning before sleep. MacRest lives in the menu bar, is built in Swift, and says it does not use accounts or tracking.
